Ins and Outs of a Head of School During COVID-19- Introducing Brian Hargrove

Brian Hargrove joined NMH as its Head of School in July 2019. He came from Mercersburg Academy in Pennsylvania, where he was the assistant head of school for advancement and communications and where he led a $300 million capital campaign, one of the largest day- and boarding-school fundraising campaigns on record. He also has worked as director of development for St. Mark’s School of Texas (his alma mater), and in the private sector at an educational data company in Dallas and as a partner at an executive search firm in New York City. Brian holds a master’s degree in education and school leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from Texas State University, and a bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College.
