Artist From Thailand in the US? Introducing Sim

Sim Khurukitwanit is an extremely talented artist from Thailand who prides himself on using his artwork to showcase his emotions.

After attending Fay School in the United States, Sim continued his education at NMH. He hopes to also attend an art college in the states.

When it comes to making art, Sim believes two philosophies to be true: be true to yourself and inspire others.

What is especially notable about Sim is the fact that he tries to use his talent to bring awareness and to support causes that he believes in around the world.

For example, Sim, along with two of his classmates, created Nitraki Cougar, an online website that gives a mask to protesters for every mask it sells.

Sim has named the above character Grace. He is a representation of happiness and is one of the newest additions to Sim’s character base.

On this episode of the Lost Canadian Podcast, Sim sits down with your host Eric Li to discuss his art, why he what he does, and try to guess the price of art. Listen to the newest episode of the Lost Canadian Podcast now on Spotify.
